A very bad experience and the room is very small. The receptionist spoke to us in a bad and racist manner. She refused to give us the reservation bill, and the reason was that we had not arrived to hotel early !!!! I never recommend this hote

I could not get my paid room on my first night, staff apologized someone occupied the room so had to take another one, which was much smaller. Though,they did not propose a sale, saying that the size of the rooms are the same, but was definitely not. When I asked for paying less for the first night, 50 TL ( 5 EUR) decrease was accepted, which is a joke. Besides, all the photos on booking are photomontaged, do not ever expect to have a sea view as it looks on the website!! You would have view of ugly old buildings.. which was very disappointing too. I would not visit in my next stay.

We stayed here back in October 2020, the best time to visit Istanbul. I booked this room via airbnb and got in touch with Enes months prior to our arrival. He is very responsible and helpful young man, a delight to deal with. His staff helped us to find parking nearby, he actually drove with us and helped as a translator. Rooms are nice, accurate and overall this place has a positive vibe. Great location very close to a metro station and next to Galata Tower. Little cozy restaurants on the same street. Book this place you won’t regret! And don’t hesitate to contact Enes he will help you with any matter.

Truly have to praise the photoshop talents of the photographer. I do appreciate Hitchcock's "Rear Window", yet it was disappointing to ascertain a concrete wall instead of a Bosphorus view. Besides, I do not share the same sense of geometry. A room half the size of the suite was offered for the same price because "same size"... Apart from this, the personnel was friendly and the place clean. I'd recommend management to offer a more realistic description i.o. to avoid disillusionment for visitors.
