I loved this apartment complex before the new property management. This is what its like now: The pool not being heated. (management says it is but it deferent is not.) To the apartment hallway not being cleaned. To the key fob not working. Trash around the property. Valet trash not being picked up. Had an emergency maintenance request for the smoke detector because it stated going off for law battery. Maintenance guy said "do you even know how to change a battery." Maintenance guy came and put a new one in and it was still beeping for 3 days because they could not get it fix. Worst 3 days of my life. and Management did not care or do noting about it. Was told from Danica we can pay out our lease to break it, But, will still need to pay rent till the lease is up. Which is a total joke and an apartment scam. Because why pay to break a lease then keep paying rent when I wont even be here. And was told for Danica that Valet trash service we don't pay for but have a trach collection fee. I feel as a resident I cant bring up concerns and complaints without management interrupting you and act surprised about the complaint. Cannot wait to be out of this apartment complex and hope my review helps! I wish someone from the corporate office would reach out to me so I can explain to them about this property! Old property management: Friendly management staff, Had a house keeper daily that actually cleaned, Management that actually cared about residents. Pool heated. Clean property.

The apartment itself. I love it I went there six or seven months. The amenities that were supposed to be in my apartment did not work. Took 2 months to fix my door locks. I myself had to sweep the trash and dog hair out of stairway. There's always trash in the hallway. The few times I went to the grill area by the pool. It was disgusting. carpets are stained. The gate at the front of the complex is left open more than it's closed so anyone can walk in. My packages have been stolen on numerous occasions and they're very quick to send you a fine or eviction notice without researching the issues. The ladies and the front are very nice and helpful

We have only been here for a few weeks but we really like it. Everyone on the Kalon Apartments team is very helpful, Alex and Danika are always friendly and quick to respond when we ask for help. Our room needed minor maintenance, and Tyler took care of it right away (changing the filter in the fridge and replacing the light). We hope they know how much we appreciate their help!

This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept, peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I feel like I am at a resort/5-Star Hotel. The office staff is extremely accommodating, professional It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, and schools. It offers amenities that most communities do not. I moved here from Texas for work. The community was going through a management change in the admits of me moving from state to state. The transition was smooth as well as the communication. Alex and Danica are so professional and well verse on the property. Always so helpful and friendly. Tyler and Armando are very prompt when it comes to taking care of maintenance requests. The grounds are so well maintained. They are also very professional, and nice. The community has a “5-Star Hotel” feel in my book. Thank you for making a huge move as easy as ya'll did. Thank you for making our home feel as wonderful as you do. Ya'll are truly the best in the business.

I’m so glad I moved from this complex. With newer properties coming up in the neighborhood, I would look elsewhere. I have had so many issues living here between obnoxious neighbors, my garage breaking down multiple times, seeing many car windows broken into on multiple occasions, dealing with loud construction noise from early in the morning. They offer very limited floor plans and they’re very cheaply built. The cabinet handles have cut my hands multiple times as they are so sharp. The walls are so thin! There is literally dog poop everywhere since the new management never picked it up. They don’t enforce people picking up after their pets or loud crowds at the pool area past 10pm. When they begin construction on the lot right next to them BEWARE of the noise and how crowded that area will be I’m so happy with the new place I’ve moved to in the same area. They don’t charge extra fees on top of rent and have multiple community engagement events every month. It is a newer build than Kalon and the walls aren’t as thin, so I rarely ever hear noise from neighbors or outside. They put a lot of money back into their residents. Kalon absolutely does not. Before signing that lease, keep looking! Also, their gym and “dog park” are humiliating.
