Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort

I must express my profound disappointment with our recent stay at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort. It pains me to write this review, as I had hoped for a much different experience given the positive feedback I had come across. The dining experience was a major letdown. The lack of international cuisine was surprising and limiting. The buffet area left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness, and the repetitive menu offerings were disheartening. Witnessing unsupervised children handling food was not only unsanitary but also concerning. The additional charges for the hotel's restaurants were unexpected and felt unjustifiable after investing in an all-inclusive package. This added expense was a significant disappointment. The pay-to-play policy in the arcade was a notable departure from what one typically expects in an all-inclusive resort. This decision seemed out of touch and undoubtedly contributed to the area being largely unoccupied. The beach experience fell far short of our expectations. The lack of cleanliness and the need to fetch our own beverages were unexpected inconveniences. The language barrier with the staff made it challenging to order even the simplest of items. The service throughout our stay was a notable issue. Communication difficulties due to language barriers created numerous obstacles when trying to place orders or seek assistance. This language gap significantly hindered our ability to enjoy our time at the resort. The spa area left much to be desired, evoking a distinctly subpar atmosphere. It sadly did not align with the luxury experience we had anticipated. The live performances in the evening were another significant disappointment. The quality of the singer's performance and the overall entertainment program left much to be desired. It was a source of discomfort and embarrassment. Regrettably, I am left astounded that I paid for an experience that was so far from what I had hoped for. Never again

Hello, I have reservation ID 956053 (927202). I just wanted to know if the pool situated next to the swim up rooms is heated. We will arrive on October 6th with our 5 months daughter and wanted to make sure that the water temp is comfortable for a baby. Thank you and keep up the good work!
