Reasonable price. Easy check-in and check-out. The rooms are clean. The bed is very comfortable. However, the ceiling-light was not working and the bulb was not changed even though we informed the reception. The fish market is in walking distance, the surrounding streets (except of the main street) are quiet.

A good affordable hotel. The hotel is relatively new so it's not too worn. The location is convenient and a 2 min walk to the ocean, and 10 mins to the city centre. The rooms and beds were good. Hot water could have been a bit better. If you want glitz and glamour don't stay here. But if you want a nice, simple, cost effective stay - its perfect for that.

Pros: 1) Exceptional location. It is 2 minutes walking from the promenade, a supermarket is half a minute walking distance from there. 2) Cleanliness of the place is exceptional. 3) The view from our room was awesome (see photos). 4) Strong WiFi signal. Cons: 1) Room is small. There was no space to put luggage, while the terrace was big. 2) There is no elevator, with our room located in level 4 and the stair is not so much comfortable. 3) Breakfast is limited and repeated everyday with no change of any single item. Our stay was for 7 days, so after 4 days we could not continue having the same breakfast everyday and we had to have breakfast outside. 4) Communicating with the staff in English language is not easy.

Very clean and cozy rooms. We lived in a room for two with separate beds, they are rather good. You have very nice bathroom there with a shower. Slippers (no bathrobe), vanity set. There's teapot, cups and teas in room. But no glasses for water, no plates. Good fridge, but they gave us only 1 card so when we leave, everything switched off. There are rather big balcony with chairs and tea table, but if it's raining - it will be wet. Breakfast is always fresh, but very similar and you have to ask them about hot dishes. Administration lady knows English very poor, so some misunderstandings may occur. They forgot to take out the garbage for two days.
