We enjoyed our 3-Night stay here. Very cheap and clean accommodation, walkable distance to the city centre and restaurants. At night it was quiet apart from our air-con. The only two cons were: 1) the very low water pressure in the shower 2) the adjoining Basketball stadium which had very loud music and announcements from roughly 4/5pm until 8/9 pm or so… sadly our blessed afternoon nap was made impossible by this - maybe it was a tournament or something, we couldn’t find out.

Our room had air condition, window only to the common hallway, but there were curtains. It didn't matter to us there was no daylight. The staff were super friendly and supplied us with free towels and toilet paper when we asked. It was basic room with coat hangers which was also nice. Location is also perfect, near the main street and restaurants, but in quiet neighborhood.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The owners and staff are so so friendly and their dogs are so cute! The rooms themselves are spacious, clean and have AC. Really great location near the airport and a 20 min walk to the boardwalk in Puerto Princesa. Thanks for a great stay!

Pros: friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed Cons: if you’re unlucky you’ll get the room on the 1st floor. Due to lack of air circulation the room smells horrible, and there is no day light passing through at all. At 8 am the room looks completely dark inside. You have to turn on the AC as the room gets really stuffy, and the AC is loud like a train. For me unfortunately this is a deal breaker. At the time of booking we paid the higher price room out of the rooms available, thinking it must be nicer but that’s not the case. So good luck. It’s gonna be a hit or miss.
