Location: it is located super close to Skytree and it is so convenient to take subway, buses, special line to Disneyland, etc. Shopping malls are on literally the other side of the road, so we enjoyed our time shopping and eating so much. Service: the hotel staffs were so nice and polite. The check-in and checkout processes were smooth. They also helped us deliver our suitcases. Room: the room was so clean and well organized. It wasn’t very spatial, which I wouldn’t complain about, because this is Japan, where everything is relatively small-sized but smooth to use.

I and my family are so happy to stay at the hotel for 5 nights. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. My parcel arrived prior to our arrival had been placed in our room when I entered into it. The hotel is new and the location is excellent. Going everywhere is so easy. Life supermarket is just across the road. It is opened until 12am. I will definitely recommend the hotel and stay here next time.

This hotel is pricier than my usual selections but well worth it. Location cant be beat.. right next to train station and the sky tree. Super accessible to narita airport. Lived the Kura sushi downstairs and did a lot of last day shopping at the skytree mall (Solamachi). Also had meals there. Af the corner there was a supermarket, family mart and sukiya for quick eats. Hotel staff were great.. they kept our luggage over the weekend while we went to fuji (we checked into the hotel when we got back). Beds were super comfy with 4 pillows. Room had a lot of space, more than usual for tokyo hotels. Loved our stay and will def come back here when in tokyo again.
