The staff were extremely professional and friendly, especially at the spa where we had a great experience. Our every need was catered to. We also received a tailored print-out from reception with advice on how to drive to our next destination (Petra) which even included gas stations for us to stop at marked on a map.

Great views, service and amenities. Will recommend this place for families . They will ensure you are taken care off. Has Valet parking and good breakfast. Villa rooms are near the restaurants and pools. Indian restaurants were closed. Has kids club which is nice for young children. Has heated pools.

People are so amazing! As same as the facilities, the food. We loved this place for our honey moon. Everyone made us feel so special: each single manager, waiter, housekeeping, driver. Is the best option to stay and enjoy the Dead Sea an amazing service

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Facilities are up to bar. Jan and Ivan were the two outstanding concierge. Very friendly, cheerful and helpful, they tended to our every need. We will definitely come back to Kempinski Hotel the next time we come to Jordan and will let our friends know about the friendly and attentive services by the concierge’s.

An unforgettable stay at Kempinski Hotel and Resorts, Dead Sea! The rooms were not just great but luxurious, with breathtaking views that made the stay truly memorable. Impeccably clean facilities, including the rooms and a multitude of pools, added to the sense of indulgence and relaxation. The variety of pools catered to every preference, creating an oasis of serenity. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience. The lifeguards by the beach went above and beyond, gifting us Dead Sea salt crystals and mud, adding an extra touch of generosity to our stay. Clean water dispensers conveniently located throughout the premises were a thoughtful touch. For families, the abundance of activities for kids was impressive, keeping everyone entertained. And last but not least, the breakfast spread was beyond amazing, offering a vast array of delicious options. A truly five-star experience in every aspect!
