Kensington Place was excellent! From the location, to the service, the food (breakfast on our private patio was amazing every day), and the room, everything was top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Cape Town!

We had a great time at Kensington Place. The staff - especially Hope - was excellent. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The entire hotel is such a great. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Cape Town. It’s the perfect home away from home and we can’t wait to be back.

Absolutely lovely stay and incredible hosts. We only stayed one night, but the folks at Kensington were incredibly accommodating. They let us check in early at 8am because they had open availability — it was amazing for us to shower and rest from our jet lag! They also upgraded us given they had a nicer room available at the time of checkin. Included breakfast and coffee is a nice touch (it’s delicious too!) and the staff was amazing — security with the taxis, hosts with recommendations, etc. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Also the views and hotel rooms are very trendy and comfortable.
