The room was fantastic... Very clean and much larger than we expected. Air conditioning and heating worked great. The room had all the cool Japanese gadgets... fancy toilet, deep bath, remote control lighting. Before arriving, I had a special request as we were traveling with a 3 year old, and they handled it beautifully. The staff came to check on how things were going and gave us a little Japanese keepsake. I very highly recommend this place... it's great!

Great space! Has everything you might need and Yukie was very nice to answer questions regarding Kyoto and communicative about check-in. Will stay again if given a chance.
