The hotel is divided to two different buildings, the second building has no elevator and a lot of stairs. We came for 3 nights and booked 5 rooms (big family) and we were in different buildings and different corners although I called especially before and asked that will be next to one another. At the second building the hotel has no reception working at night so you have to go out and down to the other building. The second building is a part of an apartment complex so kids are playing volleyball and working out, the hole room is shaking- it was terrible. When I said it to the staff at the reception they answered "ohhh we're sorry" and did nothing about it. That was after my room had a smell like someone fried fish and they sent the cleaning lady with air freshener!!! The design of the hotel is very nice. Very bad experience won't be back again

All of my admiration probably won't fit here, but they are the best! Aside from the fact that every corner is an aesthetic picture, the hotel creates that coziness feeling that we all need. Everything here is designed with the customer in mind. Rooms include everything you could possibly need, from toothbrushes to an iron and ironing table. As a coffee enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee machine in the room, as well as tastyyyy coffee. They also have their own gym with basic equipment (which is super cute).Their restaurant is a hidden gem with amazing food, friendly staff, and, last but not least, a stunning design and a stunning view of the mountains. There are too many details that are important and made our stay memorable, but you just have to discover it personally. Khedi, thanks for an amazing experience!

wonderful Boutique hotel, the room that we had was a suite, but because of a smell problem we instantly were upgraded to the executive suite that was super stylish with 2 toilets, big bathtub, shower and double sink. everything felt new and high quality in the room, everybody got a bathrobe - even our baby ! there is a coffee machine with complimentary Nespresso capsules everyday, tea, a big a quality kettle. at the check-in we were greeted with a welcome drink to our choice. and there were always local Georgian refreshments at the lobby. the breakfast was at the rooftop restaurant, which was our favorite restaurant in all Tbilisi. the breakfast was served by waiter, and not a buffet style. everything was super tasty and looked amazing. because of that we ate 2 times dinner at the restaurant. and the dinner was excellent too. that hotel is located at a quite area of Tbilisi - 30 minutes walk from the center, or 8 min by taxi/Bolt. what was missing in the hotel is a children game corner in the lobby, and a spa/sauna (i think they are building a spa at these days). all in all, we had an amazing time in this hotel, and surely we will come back next time in Tbilisi.

the hotel could have been very good if the cleaning lady hadn't thrown our personal belongings away and the hotel hadn't returned the promised money to us. there were 2 boxes with new shoes in the room. the cleaning lady threw them out thinking they were trash. they were very lucky that one of the boxes was empty, because I bought quite expensive trekking boots. and in the second were new sneakers that had already gone to the trash. we filled out an invoice for a refund. and I would have reacted with humor to this situation, but the money did not come to us and now the hotel is ignoring us. they did everything to ruin the experience. if you don't want your stuff thrown away don't stay here P.S. after we wrote an email to the general address ginzahotels com, we got a sudden response from the hotel. and the money was returned a month later. but I am outraged that until we contacted their superiors, no one was going to return the money to us.
