Very good hotel,friendly staff,clean room,everyday cleaning,change towels, beautiful garden. Prise was 1200B per night. Close all bars and restaurants. I ll back🤞

Overpriced for what you get. Got two single beds when I requested a large one. The room doesn't have much amenities, not even soap or shampoo. The toilet stank like sewerage. The room was very poorly lit. Charged 500 baht deposit for a room key (it costs 25 baht to make a new key). The only good thing is that it is located behind Café Uno (their food is incredible! - Would recommend the pizza)

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. I had issues with my previous hotel making an overbooking and was stranded in koh samui. I went to the resort and Chong the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly and even took on the task to help out a fellow person who was also stranded for the next day. Genuinely a gem who made a stressful time peaceful.

The time I checked in , Receptionist was really rude she’s not even smiling and she’s telling me why you book with this price ??? Anyway I went to the room and the bedsheet was dirty and I went back to the reception she told me there’s no housekeeping right now if you want I can send 3 ladies and they can change it for you and you have to give them each 200 Bhat !!!
