İt was very nice stay. Hotel is small (only 8 rooms) but in matter of cleanliness and comfort it is exceptional. Personal (especially manager Alp) was very helpful. Room was small but tidy. İt has everythind needed. İ would stay there again.

It s a fine hotel, rooms are nicely designed. Only thing - when it started raining the water was coming on the floor of the room. We stayed in January, I paid 30 EUR per night for my room. I would not pay more tho, people say in summer it costs 100 EUR +.

Great location, just on the edge of Old Town (Kaleiçi) but still within the walls of the old city. Kaleiçi is bustling at night with market vendors, restaurants and bars booming with loud music. Kiana allows you to enjoy the fun of Kaleiçi with a short commute to a clean, modern, hotel room in a quieter corner. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Courtyard for breakfast and a chill spot. Clean room, with modern fixtures. Spacious shower. Bathroom doesn't smell bad... something worth noting!

I spent a wonderful week in this hotel, if I could give it more stars I would, the hotel is gorgeous, bright and airy, sitting in the downstairs lounge area was relaxing and fun. You are close to a lot of things, there is music into the night but with the window closed you can barely hear anything. The staff are incredible Emree, alp and zinfira were all so kind and friendly and great to sit and have a chat with, there is nothing they won’t try to help you with, I’d have been lost without them. The breakfast is amazing, fresh and tasty and huge! Try the tea!! You get more than you pay for from this hotel for sure, I will most definitely be visiting the hotel on my next stay, I was so sad to be leaving, it felt like home. I can’t thank them enough and I would recommend this place to everyone.
