Very contradictory impression. After my friend and I checked out of the hotel, some Indonesian who introduced himself as a surf instructor started texting her number and said he got the phone number at the reception of the hotel we were staying in. Hence my question to the hotel management or should I go straight to the police? Are you guys familiar with the rules of confidential information storage and non-proliferation? It's a rule of thumb for any establishment that provides temporary lodging. So any person off the street, for some fictitious reason, can come to you, request access to the data book, and get any information about the people who live here now or have lived here? Are you guys out of your minds? I definitely don't recommend it. Go away from this place... And so, a good hotel, with cozy rooms, and a nice bathroom, but the air conditioner is unclear why over the bed hangs and blows towards the door, blowing out all the air wet, and in the pool bottom all green, even the lamp one fell off and turned green already, but no one does anything.

Many years ago, this accommodation probably deserved 4 or 5 stars. However, the result of a complete lack of maintenance is just very sad to see. Broken lighting everywhere, aircons that don't cool the rooms, no water pressure, loose electricity cables in and around the pool, a sad old rental scooter that can no longer make it up a steep hill... (You can rent a brand new one for the same price just down the road). This place is being milked for money and the owners are obviously trying not to spend a dime in upkeep. Very friendly staff that will take care of you complaint - as long as there are no costs involved to fix it. This place could be fantastic, but it would require a lot more love and attention from the people in charge.

Great place. Fantastic staff. Very helpful organising taxis to the Tanjung Aan beach and back. Exceptional service. Great location for walk to Kuta beach and five minute walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Didn’t want to leave!

Homy, I felt like in a village due to its peaceful atmosphere, but I knew that I was only minutes walk from famous Mandalika Beach, town center and others at Kuta vicinity. Staffs all addressed me by name and all were attentive. They were the "stars" during the stay. Our room was well cleaned, and I love the setting of their local style bungalow from where, directly from the verandah you can simply jump in to the swimming pool. Thanks, staffs!

It was a really nice place to stay. I removed a star cause the rooms (especially bathroom) could be a little cleaner but overall it was great. Staff is super friendly and helpful we spent great evenings just talking to them and they gave us good advices on what to do and what to avoid in Lombok. The beds are amazing, super large and comfy. The pool area is really nice and chill!
