luxury hotel with excellent service and beautiful views. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a cable car 50 meters away. You can watch the fireworks from the window. Everything in the hotel is new. The rooms have modern technology. we didn’t even want to leave) the owner is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. If we come again we will definitely come back here.

The location is strategically located so that we can view the fireworks from our room and walk to the beach. The room is great, spacious, and clean. The owner of this hotel is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the sunset town. But the are is quite challenging to find local food, I suggest buy and take away from the town before evening.

Had a great experience here. We know the host through a friend and he treated us warmly like family. He has meticulously prepared his linens and toiletries to accommodate his guests, much better than the other larger hotels we stayed at. The town itself is reminiscent of Venice, Italy, and a great location to stay to ride the cable car and visit the water park. While you could ride a taxi elsewhere on the island, you would have to travel 2-3 hours round trip and miss a lot of the attractions. Renting a car(at the hotel) is recommended as the best seafood/viet cuisine is 10-15 minutes away on the local highway. The host will also provide a shuttle to the hotel, for around $10USD. Although there is not much nightlife, this location is great to stay if you love taking European-style photos and want to get the most out of the waterpark.

Great experience because: 1. large and spacious room 2. newbrand 3. especially the view with water music & fireworks (which buy tickets will be 350,000 VND/person), just book a room and you will be able to see it for free. The host is very pampering & clear about everything, always take care of guests Highly recommend if you come to Phu Quoc to spend at least 2 nights here because of its beauty & many things to discover. We are people who often stay at 5 star hotels & luxury resorts but this apartment is no different for the cheap price.

I came across Kim Boutique on my trip to Sunset Town in Phu Quoc and decided to stay there. It was a very stylish and comfortable boutique hotel. The decor and design were modern and the hotel was clean, the staff always gave guests the best services. I had a fantastic sea view from my room which was on the top floor. Breakfast - an excellent bowl of homemade Vietnamese Pho Bo, very authentic and delicious! The manager/owner Lucas went out of his way to help with our needs, showing us all the best spots around the area. It was a calming place to stay, right in the middle of great restaurants, shops, the cable car station, and the Kiss Bridge Phu Quoc. I would definitely staying there again next time I'm in Phu Quoc.
