Mixed feelings. Purchased a stack of 3 stacked rings on 24 Dec 2019. Rings were sent to JHB office for resizing. Staff member Ruth was struggling with the system which was "on the blink", so she promised to send valuation and invoice via email. This didn't happen until I followed up over the phone a few days later. The rings were finally returned from resizing on 15 Jan. Quite a long wait. Staff over the phone explained that rings for locals are sent to head-office for resizing and because holiday break, offices closed was cause of delay, but the rings for tourists who are leaving soon, rings would have been sent to local jeweler for immediate resizing... interesting special treatment... it would have been nice to have the rings in time for anniversary. One of the 3 rings returned was too small and turns out it was incorrectly done. I brought it back this morning and was promised by David it would be locally resized and ready tomorrow, latest next day. Holding thumbs... happy to revisit this review. **** Yay! I am happy to report the resizing was done promptly and Ruth kindly delivered the ring, saving me having to collect it. An apology gift was included which is appreciated. Thank you for your professional customer service and I happily recommend Kimberley House.

We saw the Tanzanite earrings i really wanted to buy and the sales woman assist us,she's her 50's i think. At the moment we are the only one looking for that particular earrings although they have few customers inside the shop.And then after looking we decided to come back so here's the story we came back not even an hour ago, we spoke to her that we decide to buy the earrings and you know what did she said, oh i'm sorry it's sold out but i have other same earrings in higher price. Come on we just left in your shop less than an 1 hour ago and telling me its sold out! Ok forget and we walk out the store! Coz we know she's trying to sell us the higher price earrings! Don't foul us old lady! Liar!
