It's a wonderful and quiet resort. The staff ist exceptional friendly and the rooms are nice and mosquito free (because of the citronella scent). We extended our stay from 4 nights to 9 night. The breakfast buffet is delicious and plenty. The beautiful garden is well taken care of and while sitting in the pool a relaxing view accompanied by quiet piano music. Sitting in front of the bungalow at night was magical with the beautiful lights in the garden and the nature sounds (geckos :) ). It's a few minutes walk to the main street with enough restaurant option which is a bit cheaper than on the long beach or different areas on the island. The free beach shuttle brings you to the bamboo restaurant on the quiet and clean beach in the south where you can use the sun chairs and enjoy a beautiful sunset. We loved to stay in Kingo retreat resort. Our children loved the place and the staff was very cute and friendly to our sons. Even taking care of them while we ate breakfast. We can only highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing atmosphere!

We spent a long time picking a hotel in Phu Quoc and I feel we made the perfect choice. The pictures do not do this place justice and I could have easily stayed here an extra 3 weeks. The rooms were beautiful and our doors looked out onto the pool area. The pool itself was really nice too and was super relaxing to lay around. The staff here couldn’t do enough for us and were just so friendly and accommodating. The hotel offer a shuttle to the main street and the nearby beaches if needed. We hired a moped through the hotel at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place and if I ever come back, I wouldn’t think twice about booking here again.

Beautiful resort with friendly personnel and lovely food! Every morning we enjoyed breakfast before dipping in the nice swimming pool. Excellent resort, easy to rent scooter or borrow a free bike to explore. Also sufficient Grab drivers nearby if you would require a taxi!

A true gem of Phu Quoc, a little serene paradise. Beautiful clean pool, lovely views, all set in a stunning green garden. Nice breakfast with a lot of options. Amazing value for money. We have been travelling Vietnam for months and it was one of the few places that looks exactly like photos, perhaps even better. Very clean, so if you a cleanliness freak like me- Kingo won’t disappoint you. But the real highlights was the lovely staff who will go an extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. Big shout especially to NOK and BAO ( hopefully I got the names right). They were amazing! We got a free room upgrade and free taxi to the airport. Highly recommend to everyone!
