Was a great location for our family. We were in a newer location that had great rooms and service. The employees we encountered always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to help and serve us. The area had a great layout. It’s a large property but there was many things around to keep us occupied. Pools, arcades, weight room, basketball and pickle ball court and more. Daily activities offered that were also fun. It was a very positive experience and we hope to attend again.

Nice location but the resort lacks. The rooms do not feel clean, with decor and furnishings looking like they’re from the 70s. The pools don’t have sun because the tall buildings surround them. The barbecues are terrible - small and old - one step up from charcoal barbecues with no lights around. They could use an upgrade. The fitness room (yes, one!!) for 21 buildings (ten floors each) has four treadmills, no dumbbells or free weights, and that’s about it. Definitely not nearly as nice as some of the other resorts in the area.

I'll never stay here again! When I arrived and as I walked to my room, there was a weird odor that I continued to smell in my room. There were no hangers in the closet, nothing to sit my suitcase on, the sheets had holes in them and also had that weird odor. The safe didn't work. The room wasn't one of the renovated rooms. The refrigerator had a leak on the bottom left side. There was no phone in the bedroom, just the living room. When I put in a request for housekeeping items, no one showed up. The walls are also thin because the people above me my last two nights sounded like they were coming through the ceiling even after I called the front desk to complain. I'm just used to better places. Out of everything, the smell was the worst! Only good thing is that it's close to attractions.They actually asked me to sit through a presentation. Why would I consider a timeshare at a smelly building?! Building 14

The location of the hotel is great, and the service provided by the staff was also good. However, there were certain issues due to which I would not recommend this hotel. Our room had to be changed three times, which entailed waking up our 1-year old in the middle of the night and moving all our luggage. The first room had an ant problem. I was actually shocked by how bad. I was eating a gyro wrap and dropped some on the floor, which I planned to pick up after I was done eating.. well guess what, the ants took half of it before I was done and the full thing was gone before I was finished!! OMG. The second room, the AC was broken. The third room was fine.

I personally don’t recommend this place. It’s a good location from Disney world and has heated pools but that’s about it. Stay in building 20 or 21 which are the most updated as of now. The other buildings are very dated and smell weird. We moved rooms 3 times because the first building was loud and by the highway. The second unit we moved into had mold underneath the counter.
