I booked a suite of two rooms, a hall, and two bathrooms for two weeks, and it was one of the best suites, very clean, and the best service from the youngest employee to the general manager. I would like to thank him because he was very interested in customers and their satisfaction. I liked the attention and follow-up. I strongly recommend the hotel and its services. I liked the site, and everyone helps you, and I thank them very much for everything, and it will be the first choice in my next trips to Malaysia. It exceeded all my expectations, and I recommend the hotel to customers from the Middle East, especially families, because it meets all requirements and services and is close to everything that guests need

Booked the family suite for 2 nights and it was an excellent stay! Firstly, we wanted to place our luggage at the lobby as we want to walk around and it wasn’t check in time yet and it was great as the security guard helped us tie our luggage up. Fantastic management who answered all our questions and ensure we have no issue with our stay. The room itself is great as there wasn’t any issue faced and it was cosy. Overall would recommend it as it’s worth the price and superb services👍🏼

Good and Clean Apartment style Hotel. Downside: I book from booking.com for 6 persons, the unit showup and shows can sleep for 6 persons. But the unit only have beds for 4 persons. I thought extra bed will be provided, but we need to pay extra for that. Very minimal kitchen. 2 plates, 2 bowls and a few spoons and forks. If the unit is for 4 persons at least provide 4 plates.
