Everything was very smooth and staff is polite. However, my travel pants were laundered on the first day and I did not check until my departure now that they had mistakenly ironed the pants and there is a burn mark in the front thigh. I only noticed now because I am using it to travel home. I am very disappointed because I cannot wear anything else on the flight home and I also cannot use these pants again. They are Lululemon and I only use them when I fly. . I am sure this was mistakenly ironed by their staff because there was no burn mark when I wore it on the way to Manila.

Excellent staff and really cozy rooms! No need to drive or hop to another side of Makati because Greenbelt and Little Tokyo is just walking distance.

My family is very happy to be here. Because the rooms are spacious. Even the separate dressing room came in handy. They even offered a free mattress for my eldest daughter. The TV channels were exactly what we needed. Most importantly, the bed mattress is reasonably soft. Very close to Greenbelt. You will never regret choosing KL Executive Greenbelt(KLX).

Very nice appartment. Perfect if you meed to stay few days as also can cook something. Also very good for a short stop over to get on a connection flight the day after as only 15/20 min taxi from airport. Highway will help you to skip the traffic. Special note for Jov. He was super helpful and very quick in supporting me when I needed. Also available any time for check in and check out despite I did not ear my allarm!

Hi All, My name is Matt. If you are going to stay in Manila, especially Makarti, I cannot recommend enough KL Executive Greenbelt. These guys are amazing. I have never, and I probably will not have it again until I come back, the level of service and professionalism that these guys show. It is better than 5 stars. Joven Ortelano, Rommel, and Larry, I want to thank you for making my time in Manila, some of the best memories I will always have. You could all work anywhere; in the best of the best hotels around the world. I feel lucky to have been in your company for 5 days. I sincerely wish you the very best. Again, thank you.
