So happy with our stay at Kloe hotel! Rooms were well furnished, with decent facilities and in a central location. Loved all the charming, little touches in design. Service was impeccable. Communications was great. I accidentally left a gold necklace behind and the staff kindly kept it for me to pick up. Really appreciate the gesture :)

We arrived early and the front desk allowed us to check in early without any extra charge. Great service provided and the rooms were spacious, clean and had great toiletries from Aesop. Great location as it’s within walking distance to Pavilion. The only downside to the hotel was their restaurant, Monroe. The portions were tiny and quality of the food was mediocre at best, but there’s tons of food options around the area or you can always get something delivered to the hotel instead!

The hotel is chuck at the back of a petrol station and road leading to the hotel lobby quite narrow and lack of signage. Lobby entrance is simple and welcoming. Front desk staff very friendly. Rooms were cool, clean, and chick. No problem with breakfast and dinner. Hotel location not to distant away from the city and eatery. Recommend to have a short getaway.

Room was neat and clean and just nice for couple stay. I love the idea that hotel provides free snack on mini bar to promote local snack. If you are lazy to go downstairs for breakfast, try to call and ask them send to your room direct.. hard to call grab or any taxi here when I was planning to go petaling street, instead I went to drink in Monroe diner..taste was okay only

Thoroughly enjoyed room to listen, great room if u plan to stay in and relax most of the time. Clean room, good ventilation, great bed and pillows. I appreciate the snacks, coffee machine, filtered water in glass jars and the quality toiletries provided in the room. The pool is small, a cozy set up and is sheltered from direct sunlight, perfect for a swim at anytime minus sunburn. Friendly and kind service throughout, from the reception to restaurant to housekeeping, a good set up for a homey vibe. Food at Monroe is good too, love the torch ginger mocktail. Lucky Cafe have good coffee but matcha was too clumpy for the two times i ordered it. I appreciate the many free drinks vouchers given throughout the stay. With all that, i do have to say it's challenging to walk to nearby malls with the surrounding construction and lack of safe pedestrian walkways. Driving or Grab is not a good option either considering the traffic congestion.
