Quiet location and a quiet building (thankfully), fully equipped and spacious room, excellent bathroom & shower, big bed (Japanese futon style, so the mattress is hard). The rooms at the back have a view on the mountains and Doi Suthep, but also the afternoon sun. A/C works well, though. Plenty of private parking space. Although nearby the airport, no traffic noise. Excellent breakfast place just across the street. Excellent value for money.

Always check availability when in Chiang Mai. The location is quiet. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Excellent value for money, very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and mist helpful. The hotel has ample parking and even has 2 Electric Vehicle charging bays! Rooms were clean and more than edequate. The coffee place opposite complements a nice setting for a more than home away from home..

Really enjoyed staying here. Beautiful clean stay, and with all modern amenities. Their breakfast is also a delightful varied spread of western and Thai favourites. Come with your own car or rely on grab as the location is rather disconnected from Chiang Mai. Not to say there isn’t plenty to do in the neighbourhood though. And the restaurants nearby offer plenty of food options (expensive and reasonable).
