I give this hotel more than one star since the room actually was pretty clean and the bed was comfy. But too many little things wrong to earn three stars.... toilet paper dispense broken, missing cover plate on electrical outlet (UNSAFE condition), NO large bath towels available, shower took FOREVER to heat up (over 5 minutes) and bathroom itself wreaked of cigarette smell leaking in through the ceiling light. On the plus side, room did have working A/C plus modern amenities. Still this hotel is very dated and definitely needs much better maintenance. It's ok for a single night stay on a budget, nothing more. The old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly applies.

Discussing rooms, smell horrible, the only place I could find to crash for the the night. Sheets had stain on them.Wouldn’t recommend. Lesson learned I would rather sleep in the car next time. Don’t waist your time (owner-management has no idea what a clean comfortable stay is. Being a small hotel owner is one thing but keeping it clean and smelling good is a character issue.

september 2022 i stayed here because it was the only place i could find during hurricane ian. the room was disgustingly dirty with critters & smelled like wet smelly dogs. unless you like sleeping in a dog kennel, i don't recommend this place. no wifi as advertised either. thankfully i brought my own bedding, otherwise i wouldn't have got any rest at all, or it would have been in my car if i didn't bring my own bedding. when i left i put all the bedding in trash bags & went straight to a laundromat so that i wouldn't be bringing any bugs home with me. the only positive was that the main office to check in was very clean, which gave the impression that it was going to be a pleasant & clean stay. at check in, veronica was very nice & very helpful. .... late update, (april 2023) i forgot to mention that they do NOT give you shampoo or soap & blamed it on the delivery personnel & there was no phone in the room. i use a pay as you go phone so not having a phone in the room was very inconvenient. it was pouring rain with lots of wind & i had to walk to the front building, where the office is, & ask for shampoo & soap only to find out they didn't have any! to your reply ..... thanks, but no thanks on the 20% off next stay. i wouldn't stay there again if it was 95% off!
