A great resort 15 minutes from old town. The resort itself is very peaceful, quiet and relaxing, a great place to get away from the noise of town. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is great. The Spa is amazing and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa on the river. The bedrooms were good, but the main living area smelled moldy and the kitchen only had some plates and glasses in it. The villa was a bit tired looking but comfortable enough as we spent most of our time outside. The staff here are amazing and will cater for your every need. They are extremely helpful and always have a smile on their face. Just be careful when checking out as we had an extra restaurant charge to our room which wasn't ours. When we questioned it, the employee called the restaurant and then told us they had copied our signature onto someone else's bill. They very quickly took this off our charge though.

We had the best 5 nights at KOI Resort and Spa. The rooms are spectacular and so are the grounds/ services. The service is 5*, honestly the employees there couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We loved the fact that it wasn't in the middle of Hoi An but only a 10 minute drive away. For the evenings we used GRAB to get a taxi which costed between £2.50 - £3.50. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and so is their evening meals if you choose to stay in and eat. Their pool was very relaxing. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Vietnam including families.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff’s friendliness and hospitality were remarkable, contributing significantly to the overall enjoyable experience. The resort’s beauty, coupled with impeccably clean rooms, left a lasting impression. Bonus: short ride to the middle of the town. My only regret is that our tour package didn’t allow a longer stay here. I have no complaints and am eagerly looking forward to my next visit!

The resort location is off the busy area but close to beach. Very quiet with large man made pond in the center. 2 restaurants and a pool bar within the resort. The set up is ok but it is 5 km to Hoi A city. They shuttle bus doesn’t run that often. You need to get taxi into town. Decent hotel but limited in their vision. The interior setup does not make sense. The bed is floating in the middle. The headboard towards entrance door and the feet to the bathroom door. Not a good feng Shui besides both side of the circulation is too small. The hotel seems new and staff is friendly.
