I had an incredible five-day stay at Kokotel Nai Yang with my wife and our 2-year-old son. This place truly is a gem. The beach is just a stone's throw away, and a short walk will take you to the local market. Having a 7-11 nearby is super convenient too. The staff was not only friendly but incredibly hospitable. The breakfast they provided was fantastic, and my child particularly enjoyed their rice porridge. Thai dishes served here were some of the best we've had. The rooms were exactly as advertised, and impeccably clean. The refreshing showers after a day at the beach were a delight. If I had to be very picky, the only downside is the lack of room service for food, but they do prepare it for you, and it's just a minor inconvenience. The staff also helped us arrange reasonably priced taxis for exploring the city. The highlight for us was the swimming pool on the top floor. It was a great alternative when the tide wasn't ideal for a beach swim. Overall, our stay was memorable, and we're looking forward to coming back. Thanks to our experience at this Kokotel branch, we're eager to try out other hotels in the chain. We left Phuket happy and satisfied. Thank you, Kokotel Nai Yang!

Very nice hotel in just few minutes walk away from the beach. Rooms seem new. Staff is polite and eager to help any time. The price is pretty high, but i guess it’s worth it. Beds are comfortable but some rooms are close to the road so that you hear all the motorbike noise. At the same time the view from the balcony is terrific. They avoid plastic bottles, but there’re free water dispensers on every floor. Breakfast is served in the cafe on the first floor and it’s normal: fruits, veggies, cereals with milk, eggs, toasts, and some thai food if you want. The coffee is not instant but freshly brewed which was a pleasant surprise.

I stayed for two evenings before flying back to Europe. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful when asking for information. This included the owner and friend who I met a breakfast who was very polite. The rooms were very clean and modern. There was extra touches like unlimited drinking water without plastic bottles which was pleasing. The rooftop pool was lovely and private space. It is also is a great location. About 5 Min walk to to the beach area with restaurants away from all the tourist traps and 5 mins in a taxi from the airport. I would highly recommend to couples, families or anyone wanting to relax.
