We stayed here for 2 nights after exploring the National Park. AC very good, clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was fine. They had water dispensers. We had fish and chips both nights and it tasted so fresh. Will stay there again when we go back to Labuan Bajo.

The location is very central and walking distance to the Pier where island tours starts and also close to Marina mall. The room from the 2nd floor onwards is better and newer they are clean with balcony/terrace. No lifts but it’s manageable unless your staying on the 4/F of the property. The only thing not good which is not fault of hotel is the noise of the mosque everyday early morning about 3:30-4am other timing is tolerable but not earlier than your alarm clock! The hotel provides tour choices and also motorbikes rental. They just don’t allow an 1hr of late checkout!

I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms are not sealed and full of mosquitoes. We killed 30 when we walked in. We requested bug spray and sprayed all the cracks in the door. Came back an hour later to another 30 in the room. The bathroom was deplorable, I didn't want to step into it. We ended up checking out as they did not provide a refund for the conditions. There are several better hotels available for the same rate.

THE STAFF ARE THIEVES and the Management does not care - I stayed here for one night and left a small bag with some tobacco and alcohol in the room, which went missing after the staff cleaned. When I reported it to the staff, they did nothing and the manager NEVER responded. This would never have happened in Bali, but I guess the culture is different here? Also - you better enjoy loud blasting rockn’roll from the bar next doir until midnight and then loud blasting call to prayer from the super amplified mosque at 4am!
