Ocean view room was perfect…great view of ocean and beach from balcony, sound of the waves all night. Full kitchen with everything needed to make meals and save money by not having to pay to eat out each day. Location right in the heart of Kona-Kailua within short walking distance to shops, nightlife and restaurants. Wonderful pool area. Ample Free parking everyday. All priced very reasonably. The perfect place to stay in Kona Hawaii

Excellent location. Our room was clean and tidy and had thoughtful extras such as pool noodles, snorkeling gear etc. With a beach view. Easy walk to the main strip for some great food.

Visited some years ago, we had a wonderful time. The bed was comfortable. The sofa bed, not so much, but it offered great views the waterfront was within walking distance and short drives to see black sand beaches. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the big island.

My children and I stayed here in May 2023 and loved it. We had everything we would need. I chose this place partially because it had a washer and dryer and kitchen including kitchenware. Very important amenities when you're on a long trip. The bed was comfortable and everything worked in the apartment. It's not a high end resort, but a comfortable one that had all we needed. Not a bad walk into town to grab a bite or shop the street markets. We ate at a couple of Thai restaurants. Walmart, Target and Safeway are only a short drive away. Two step beach was a little over 30 minutes away and was a great place to snorkle with kids. There were many other beaches with beautiful blue water nearby towards the airport. Some of the lava rock road to get to them may be too rough for a car rental. I most definitely reccommend this place and would stay here again. We had no issues with staff or check in. The office has phamplets for activities to do.

Room was good! A little dated and needs some remodeling for sure! Service wasn't that great, we needed replacement of items and it never came in the week we were there and we need the AC checked out in the room and maintenancenever came either. Location is beautiful if you get an ocean view but there is a lot of transients in the area and fights because of the bars! Walking the streets at night may be sketchy. Beautiful views tho, minus the smells from the transients!
