Amazing! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, you have anything you possibly need in a 5 minute walk radius. Don't expect modern luxurious rooms however, it is old town after all. Still, nothing to complain about the rooms despite the above mentioned. Would book again, 10/10

Mr Osman & his brothers are kind & helpful -- they stored my bag when I tried a night at a beach hotel, which could not compare with the historic & charming Konak Hotel. Endless free Nespresso coffee & tea for guests will keep you active too!

"Amazing staff! I wasn't staying at this hotel, but I stopped by just to leave my luggage exploring the old souk before heading to the airport. Farouk was incredibly helpful and friendly! I'll definitely consider staying here in the future."! 💫💖

The place is intended for travelers who want to stay in the center of the old city in an excellent location, and are willing to compromise on luxury for a relatively cheap price. The service was excellent, one of the workers at the place got up early in the morning for us to prepare sandwiches for our flight and made sure to order us a taxi to the hotel entrance and accompanied us until the last minute, the atmosphere is good, the rooms are a bit small and old, we sleep on the middle floor and we had a noise of creaking from the floor above, which clouded the our sleep We slept there one night, except for the noise of the creaks at night, our experience was quite good.
