Ok I am writing this review keeping in mind it was only $21AUD a night. I only spent 1 night. The bed was comfy the air con worked the shower was hot towels were clean. The bathroom was huge but was full of mould and in need of new tap wear no fridge and no water supplied or tea and coffee making facility. Pool was clean. Located down a back alley but close location to beach and Legian street. Look I don't think I would stay again it's not fancy but it's cheap.

If you are looking for a budget stay in Legian/Kuta, this is the place. It's quiet most of the time, location is good, stuff are very friendly and it's safe. Stayed here twice 14+9 days.

The hotel is rather new with modern rooms. The toilet is very spacious and the shower has a separating screen. Our room was very clean. Good A.C. There is a tiny swimming pool at the hotel. It is well kept and clean. There is no proper pool area thogh, you can swim in it but you can't hang by the pool. It is quite well located, 5 minutes away from the beach and there are many restaurants and bars around it. It is very quiet at night though, because it is tucked away in an alley a few meters from the main street. This is a family run hotel, it feels a bit like a homestay. The staff were very friendly to us. They offered to clean our room every day. When booking it doesn't say anywhere that a light breakfast is included with your room, you have to ask for it. Coffee or tea and a banana jaffle (two pieces of toast with banana filling). It is very good value for money.
