We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 children under 10 and were very impressed with size of the apartment. It was dark, quiet and warm and very comfortable for 5! The location was convenient, staff were kind and helpful and breakfast was varied enough for our tastes and regularly replenished. We felt this hotel was great value and it helped create a wonderful stay in Munich!

Great location! About a 10-15 walk to the main train station, 3 minute walk to the nearest tram and 5-10 minute walk to Old Town. The lobby looks updated and chic, check-in and check-out process was fast. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room has everything you need, especially the washer. Would recommend adding a drying rack in the room to hang clothes on. The kitchenette and provided items were perfect for our family of 3. The apartment itself looks a little dated, don't expect luxury items, but everything was comfortable and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Decent location 20 minutes walk to major locations near old city and Christmas markets. Two bedroom unit for a family of 5 was tight but okay. No frills, but it was clean and comfortable.

good location and helpful staff [especially Lucas - thank you!]. first room ?63 was a bit basic at the price, and SO disappointing not to have nice coffee when you've paid for an apartment - PLEASE get a Nespresso or similar machine. room 1208 was very small, and needed a second bedside table. the bar area is likewise a bit functional, not really an inviting place to sit with a drink.
