Hotel staff service has to be improved. No extra glass or cup to be provided. No ice cubes are provided even if you are willing to pay for it. The room is surprisingly old and dirty and very smelly. I have to clean by myself. No kitchen utensils are provided even if there's a kitchenette in the room. Fridge and microwave are last century products. It's not worth it for money. Definitely not to staying again.

Quite a nice hotel situated beside the waterfront and minutes away from the city. MTR isn't too near. Food options are some distance away. But once you walk to the nearby malls, there's plenty to see and eat.

The front desk customer service needs to be professional and friendly to all walks of life not just their own. Buffet breakfast was minimal leaving not much to choose from, Cafe DD was also nothing exciting the edamame were OK, cheese and biscuits were nice and the chicken skewers were tasteless. The pool, sauna and steam were my favourite. I want to say a big thank you to all the security guards with helping and guiding us on a daily basis.

The lobby has a high ceiling, looks recently renovated. Hong Kong is famous for a small room because of land scarcity, thus our room was a average for Hong Kong ers, yet feel a bit too small for us and feels a bit dated. It is about 500 meters from the closest train station (Fortress Hill). Right next to the train station you can find Wellcome (a loca supermarket) and Mc Donalds. Around the train station you can find some cake shops and restaurants. Local food cost about $HK100-200 per person per meal.
