The hotel is very nice. I strongly advice it to you. The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It also has a restaurant. If you want to have dinner I advice you to order in advance because times are longer than in Italy.

A great hotel with all the basics you need and the most hospitable, friendly team who are only happy to go the extra mile to help. My stay was warm and welcomed! The security guard at the gate is friendly and only eager to guide me when I needed help. The receptionists were always happy to answer questions and make things happen for me. Ian, one of their drivers, is an absolute gem. He is patient and knowledgeable about Kenya and the area. He is so wonderful to chat to and the best guide of Nairobi. Ruth, who showed me to my room and made sure I had everything I needed, is kind and went above and beyond. The food at the restaurant on the top floor was delicious, generous in portion size and affordable. Judi was assisting me at the restaurant, and man, what a friendly, helpful, easy to chat to soul! I'd highly recommend Kozi and their incredible team. It felt like home away from home. Thank you

Best affordable hotel in Nairobi. The employees are so kind, great view, close to the airport which is a plus. They also have the most affordable rates if you are looking to stay for a short time. Look forward to going there again
