First of all you should be aware before booking, that there is construction work and it is very noisy!!! They start after 8.00 am. Even the swimming pool is really nice You cannot enjoy it because of the noise or use headphones. To get to the hotel from the street you need to go uphill ~ 30-45° and it's not very easy if you are not fit well or have some physical impairments. In general the hotel is nice but very old. It was a problem to take a shower, as it is very old again and does not work well . But I really liked the service in the hotel. The cleaning of the rooms was great. Breakfast is good, you have a choice.

Standard Thai problem with problem with plumbing (a bit smelly in our room), but rooms are clean and well equipped. I wouldn't recommend top rooms for those who likes to drink, a lot of stairs plus a maze to get there 🤪 Location is perfect, couldn't hear city noise here and the view will be good I think until they finish building another hotel in front. Good value for money spent

Very spacious well equipped rooms. Long infinity pool with lovely views of the mountains. The breakfast was a highlight as well with lots of delicious choices. However, it was quite a distance from the beach and some of the furniture in the room could do with modernising.

Its a nice hotel was only one night .bit of a mess up with dates in my last hotel. Its got a few years on the hotel but its clean nice location top half of au nang so if you walk down and dont want to walk up tuk tuk 200 batt. Perfect. 2 nice swimming pools one a little smaller but still nice the hotel is built on the side of a hill and the gardens are amazing. And the price for one night at this time of year when all is full was really good .and in the morning a nice buffet breakfast can not complain 😋
