Krem Marin Suites

Three of us stayed at this accommodation very spontaneously. I was in contact with Ms. Şule and everything went smoothly. No prepayment was required because we were at the accommodation within 1 hour. I would like to thank Şule Hanım again for this. When we arrived at the accommodation, we were able to check in before 2 am. It went smoothly and very quickly. We were given digital keys and wifi password. Wifi was great. When we opened our accommodation I said WOW inside. Everything is furnished to high standards. The bathroom had a small supply of shampoo + shower gel + conditioner and a bar of soap for the first day. These were amazing, they smelled like lemon. I will buy the same shampoo and shower gel specially. Our suite was also equipped with the most necessary kitchen appliances, enough for 3 people. However, you need to rinse the dishes or wash them in the dishwasher after each meal. Take dishwasher tablets, washing powder, spices, oil, etc. with you. You need to get it. Thanks to the large Migros supermarket around the corner, we were able to buy everything we needed there. Ilıca beach is a dream, beautiful fine sand and it gets deep very late. The beach was a 2 minute walk away. Migros was also about 1 to 2 minutes away. We were allowed to park our car directly in front of the building for free. Parking spaces were cordoned off for guests. There was a minibus going to the center of Alaçatı and it took us about 5 minutes to get there. So the accommodation is perfectly located for the beach, city centre, shopping. We were so pleased with our suite, so we spontaneously extended it by 1 night. This went equally smoothly. Many thanks to the team and Ms. Şule. We will choose this suite for our next stay.

There is a 1000TL/night difference between the prices given via WhatsApp and phone regarding the reservation, and they do not apply the campaign discount unless asked. There is nothing to say about charging prices for 16 nights and most of them in October to be much higher than the region's, it is the company's preference, but offering different prices is not ethical behavior... Thank you for the information on the distinction between hotel and suite, but the issue is high prices etc. It wasn't; it's your choice, obviously my comment was not understood; what I wanted to say is that it is unethical for the same facility to give two different prices...
