We booked 4 bedroom apartment via KSL's agoda page, and did early check-in (around 1pm) at the hotel counter ☺️ Good view from 29th floor and spacious. They gave us 7 pax worth of toiletries and there were 4 toilets in the apartment. Downsides were: sinking bed, slow lift and poorly maintained windows. Overall it's a comfortable stay for one night, for a big family.

This nice condo is conveniently located next to a large shopping area with food outlets, as well as self-care providers as in massage, manny-pedicure, and retail therapy! There is also good parking. The seventh floor has a 75m long pool and a small, but relatively well-maintained gym with treadmills, gym bikes, dumbbells, and some strength building machines. The condo was completed circa 2011, so the upkeep has been ok. It’s not Singapore, but then it’s priced accordingly. I visited as an Air BNB guest and was very pleased with the value for money. It was a nice one-day getaway from Singapore.

Check in and checkout hours are jam at lobby, as with any hotels. KsL mall closing hours at 10pm also created a jam. The lifts.... it have seen better days. Place is dated. Although it's only about 11 years ? I gathered it was built in 2013. Somehow it looks like 30years old. Maybe the high traffic volume. A large segment of locals also book this place. Overall, value for money? I'm dont know.

Ok here’s my review for this place. Absolutely not gonna recommend to others if you are daring enough. First is the private pool sliding door totally can’t be locked and it’s easy for strangers to come in if you know what I mean. Secondly the master bedroom is eery during night time and very poor maintain. Thirdly the apartment didn’t maintain well as u can see the cups, bedsheet, towel is not clean at all there’s stains everywhere and the towel has a very foul odour smell. Please improve the standard it’s not very pleasant for others to book the apartment. The lift is screwed up too. Closes in a fast speed and bangs onto u.

Taggings of view of food areas left and right of apartment. Lifts as mentioned is horrible. One not working, one with one panel not working, all can close door randomly. Worst is takes very very long to get on when busy. Otherwise is great location for short stay with nice food all around. Mall shopping itself is passable. City Square at the SG-MY customs is way better now.
