Amazing value for money. Staff were pretty friendly and the rooms were generally clean! Room service to clean up in the mornings could do with a little bit of improvement but otherwise great stay. Really comfortable and in a great location.

Impolite, unprofessional, treat customer as a thief. It such a very bad service and experience here, especially the 2 receptionist. They are impolite and unprofessional. They keep requiring us have to check out by noon, even it was early morning. We are adults, not a baby. When we checked out, there was a washing bag is missing. The receptionist said "if you want to keep it, you have to pay extra". How rude is it. She confirms that i am a thief. I even did not know how that bag is. Did the hotel hand over and show us everything in the room at the beginning of our stay? Any proof? No, nothing. I cannot imagine that how rude and unprofessional of that receptionist, how could she talk to the customers like that? It such a very bad experience here. I never come back again. No recommend at all. Anw, please consider if you would like to stay here, or it will ruin your vacation.

It's simply great for solo or couple travel plans. Room was so clean, the staffs are so nice, modern, free bicycle and quiet place in Son Tra district.
