The room is small but filled with utilities, very cozy and convenient. However, the bathroom plumbing is really bad, the bathtub doesn't drain (plus it's built in with the shower so you had to use it), the sink doesn't plug properly, and the floor drainage looks really nasty, as if it's not been cleaned for over a year. The most disgusting thing is, the hotel staff uses the (free) public washing machine in the male public bath to clean their floor mop. They do provide laundry service all right, but the washing machines and dryers were supposed to be provided for THE HOUSE GUESTS, not for floor mops! Overall, it's a Japanese style hotel without the usual Japanese attitude towards service and housekeeping.

It was a wonderful stay for us in the heart of Hanoi. The warmth of hospitality is indeed unforgettable. The breakfast was absolutely mesmerizing. The eagerness of the staff to meet the requirements of the guests is simply adorable.

I stayed in this hotel for less than a month. Everything is perfect. Foods in the morning are awesome. There is an Japanese chef cooking the food.I'm pretty sure that all the Japanese guest would be pleased with the food. Also there is washing machine and a dryer which is free of charge. So, you don't have to worry about your clothes. One thing if I mention about that made me uncomfortable was the language. I had hard time having conversation with them. Because few of them had poor English. But, don't worry to the Japanese, becasue they speak Janpanese.

The hotel is the best. . Because I'm Japanese, there are staff who can speak Japanese, and the breakfast was delicious. Especially Four Gar. The public bath is on the 10th floor, and there is also a sauna, although it is small. There's no one else there, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking, and there's an outdoor bathing space on the rooftop balcony where you can refresh yourself by looking at the night view of Hanoi and feeling the breeze. My best hotel of the world. It's a good level to come to Vietnam just to stay here.
