loved this hotel. 100% recommend and would come back. Staff are amazing and so friendly and made sure our stay was as good as it could be. Right next to the mall which was perfect for us and near many nice restaurants. We did a cocktail making class at the hotel with Agus which was super fun and we all got to make one ourselves.

Stayed at the Kuta Seaview Resort for 6 nights in October. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, they were very helpful and understanding. We experienced some difficult times while on our trip and the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. Bathrooms are due for a refurbishment but clean and tidy. Highly recommend and thank you to the staff at Kuta Seaview Boutique Resort.

Like walking back in time but not in a good way. We’ve stayed here numerous times and it’s always been our’go to’ hotel in Kuta. After staying here in April we returned in November and found the room to be less than satisfactory. We gave feedback in April about some repairs that needed to be addressed but in 7 months they hadn’t. Our air con broke down 3 times and there were issues with the bathroom. An excellent customer service manager listened to our concerns and actually upgraded us to a better room. We didn’t ask for this but was much appreciated. The GM is relatively new and made a derogatory comment to the customer service manager about us. I don’t think the c s manager understood the meaning of the comment and innocently passed it on to us. I must say the staff there, except the GM, are fantastic! Please have a good look at the property and revamp the dated rooms.
