I stayed for a week. The staff were very nice & so helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is excellent with everything on your doorstep. I loved all the cats 🐱🐱🐱 & the local community really looks after them. My only complaint is the the cleaning team they currently use as I had to ask twice for toilet paper but a member of staff immediately supplied & acknowledged a problem with their current cleaning company stating he would contact his manager about this ongoing problem . Room was not cleaned every day but if they sort that out then I give 5 stars ⭐️

We had a mixed experience at Kuzen, the first impression was great, but then things went sour as the days went by, specially with cleaning. On the 3rd of our stay we were running out of toiler paper in the room, but to our suprise the daily cleaning wasn't replenishing it, even after our obvious signs(finished roll visible, etc), on top of that, the trash wasn't being fully replaced, the cleaning staff would simply leave the empty trash bags for us(out of the bin), very weird. On the 3rd night without TP we asked the staff once we arrived at night(late night), they said they would come in 2 minutes, they never arrived. On the next morning, we asked the morning staff and they gave us 1 TP roll, the cleaning staff then procedded to not replenish the TP afterwards, so we simply bought our own and stop asking... On the note of cleaning, the room was initially nice, but we noticed that the staff didn't clean the room properlly on a daily basis, we stayed for a week and I think there was no vacuum cleaning at least once, one day there was no cleaning at all (Sunday, the instructions mentioned cleaning every day). In all fairness, the location itself is great, the area is loud but that's the whole thing about staying in that area. The breakfast, in spite of being the same everyday is nice and homy.

The staff are not respectful and the room is dark and not worth the money I paid for it. The shower has no door or curtains, water was everywhere. Biggest problem is they are in the tourist business 🤔 but they don't understand a single word in English ( do they expect us to learn turkish to stay with them or visit turkey for a week 🤪) . Anyway , learn English for your tourists to continue coming back and visit u As for the total it's a restaurant/ hotal/ cat farm/ ........etc
