All the staff were very nice and polite. The breakfast was fantastic! We also ate dinner in the restaurant in the evening. The food was amazingly good! The room was very, very simple but clean. Window facing an indoor soccer field. It was fine. No problems but just not 5 stars. Its fine if you just need somewhere to sleep and want breakfast included. It was ok. The restaurant was the best part of our stay.

Very nice and spacious rooms with a private bathroom, including a shower and a toilet. The beds are very comfortable. The negative is that windows are usually locked, and even if they are not, one can barely open them. The air in the room can become pretty stale then. There is also no way to contact the staff as the rooms have no phone. On the other hand, the breakfast options are very rich and delicious. And as it is in their own restaurant, you can later come there and have a drink or food. Moreover, there are also 2 vending machines. So if you want to quickly grab some drink, this is your place. Location of the hotel is also pretty good; it is not within a walkable distance from the train station. However, just take one tram, and you get there in less than 15 minutes. Lastly, I would like to highlight that the staff is very friendly! All in all, this hotel is worth its value.

This Hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed very good service, fantastic breakfast and the whirlpool! It was great. The employees helped me a lot because I wanted to get a cake for my fiance for her birthday. They ordered the cake for me so I can pick it up in the lobby. It was a wonderful surprise for her thanks to the super kind and helpful employees. Many thanks to you!
