If you live alone, a basic bed and bathroom are acceptable. Because I booked a shared room, I stayed for 2 days at a cheap price and came back very late to lie down in bed. Unfortunately, there was no hair dryer and I had to bring my own toothbrush and toothpaste. Bath towels were provided to wipe my body. The Chick In floor booking website says the 12th floor is actually the 7th floor (when called). The boss is from Southeast Asia and communicated in English throughout the process. Thank you to the gentleman at the counter on the 3rd floor for lending his phone to call the customer service of the booking website QQ for assistance. It is difficult to wait for the elevator to go up and down during popular hours. It is recommended to go up first and then go down or take the stairs.

Facilities and equipment are extremely unsanitary. When I entered the room, I was greeted by a strong smell of mold, which was very unpleasant. The toilet/shower was installed by amateurs, and the water was leaking out. In the morning, I woke up with an encounter with a cockroach. Although we stayed for 2 days, only one bath towel was provided. No hair dryer, no foot mat, no slippers, nothing else. The front desk was not very responsive, they silently guided us through the complicated route from the front desk to the room, and only handed over the keys without giving us any information about the facilities. Also, for reasons I didn't understand, I was changed to a different room than the one I had booked. The two day stay was extremely painful. This is an accommodation that cannot be recommended at all. I moved to another hotel, but my clothes and luggage were still smelling like mold.
