Stayed here for a night. The parking is in the basement, I guess the parking is combined with the parking for the apartment so it's really big. If you bring motorcycle, it's three floor deep to reach motorcycle parking. The check-in queue is quite long because they only open two register. I specifially order non-smoking room, but ended up with smoking room anyway. Every time I enter the room after a while, it stinks of cigarette. There's a balcony that you can't enter. Overall experience is bad.

Hi, stayed 4 nights...would recommend the hotel to shift more sustainable approach (no more plastic bottles and other plastic amneties in the room). Also I was given smoking room even requested non smoking room. Not so confortable. Location very good.

Stay in 2 exc bedrooms and found so many black spots on the floor.. As 4 star hotel should maintain this regularly.. Service OK, breakfast OK and due to location wise we can say overall is OK Hope they can maintain all the rooms and sure will back to stay here Thank you
