The rooms were too small, and it was really noisy from the streets. The air conditioner didn’t work well, and there was no tea or water, just cups. The shower didn’t have a glass, so the floor was always wet. The only good thing was that it was close to the city center

The worst hotel ever!! The rooms are old, main light not working, and we told them about it 3 times but no one came to change it!! Their customer service is 0. First day the water was too cold and second day there was no water at all. kitchen staff were rude and the breakfast was poor. Moreover, you can hear everything that neighbours saying. Also they went to the rooms when we were outside without telling them, there was no privacy!!

This is the covid hotel for today, but! Rooms are old and needs renew, main light was not working! in shower cabin water was licking, soft furniture was damaged. What about administration? worst staff and administrators ever! service is zero! especially security🤦‍♂️only one thing was good - feeding. it was terrible! 😑 someone should care about this!
