I asked explicitly if everything is included in the price and they confirmed that it's included. Unfortunately, there were surcharges that I was unaware of. If you choose to stay in the hotel, prepare yourself for surcharges.

I appreciated the customer service here. Their staff are kind and supportive. They helped me to bring the food delivery to my room. They helped me to carry the luggages to the main treet to catch a taxi (Their hotel is located in a small quiet alley from Kim Ma st. So the car cannot go in). The room is spacious. The bed is big and clean. The pillows are soft enough to help you sleep better. Only a minus that the bath tub and faucet is a bit stinky. But overall experience is still good and worth at the money

I booked a room here through Agoda and a couple hours later was in my room. The service was great and the room spacious. The bed was comfortable and there were two AC units to keep everything cool. Electrical outlets were a bit sparse but staff brought me an extension cord immediately upon request. Five stars for the price and value for the accommodations provided. There is no view to speak of, but it's also quiet even though it's close to a busy street. I would book here again.

I stayed at this Hotel and after paying my Total bill the Taxi Driver from Hotel took and to the Airport Free of charge. I had plans to return to the Hotel and stay another 4 days on my stay in Hanoi. I contacted the Man I spoke with on arrival and he insisted I had to pay 3 times the amount per night I paid on my last stay, not on the weekend but on a Tuesday. My total stay was 1.8 mil vnd and now I am to pay 3 times that so said the Same Man I previously talked with. I Do Not Recommend This Hotel To Anyone Unless you Wish to be Lied too.
