We had an amazing stay at La Beaute. Staff are so attentive and helpful, we really appreciated their support and it made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the location is a dream. It is peaceful, quiet and convenient, located minutes from everything you want to see. We hope to be back one day!

I really hate making this review because the front desk staff were so welcoming, sweet, and understanding but I wasn’t given a full refund for my situation. So this is not a reflection on those lovely hotel staff (who should be given a raise for how helpful they are) but the owner of the hotel who didn’t agree to fully refund my stay and only gave me a 1 night refund. I came to this hotel for a 3 night stay, upon arrival I was told the room i booked for a twin bed stay with a balcony was not a room they had available at all actually, so they gave me a very small room with the 2 twin beds. It was dusty and the TV was broken so i asked for a new room, and was given a much bigger room with a working TV but now i’m sharing a bed with my friend, and the room was still filthy. There was dust everywhere, mosquitos flying through and biting me, a cigarette burn in the couch, and what looks like mold in the corners of the showers. Not to mention it was very noisy in the area so it wasn’t easy for me to relax. With all of that being said, I didn’t feel comfortable staying here so i decided to find another room elsewhere. I went back to the location the next day to see about the refund and they said i’d have to go through the third party i booked, so i did and was only refunded for a single night :/ If you’re looking for a clean place to stay i wouldn’t recommend this place, and now i’m paying for 2 nights when i’m not even staying at the property. Disappointed.

La beauteous hotel is one of the best. Was abit shall shocked when getting outta taxi then walking up the alley, but was meet by 4 wonderful staff who made me feel so welcome and safe . plus I had left bag in taxi, money, passport etc. Was no problem they managed 2 track them down. Love the staff,and hotel was great
