I don’t recommend this hotel. staff wasn’t friendly, not talkative. photos are not true, the shower cabin and washbasin were in the room (not separated bathroom) which is not visible on the photos, because they are photoshopped and they didn’t change room. Not clean and bad smells. Tv in the room was in the weird position that you can’t watch it and no sound.

It's a nice establishment. We stayed in a room with a bay window and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was sufficient, the staff was attentive and friendly. It is certain that there are some deficiencies in the cleanliness of the rooms. For example, even though the inside of the cupboards were not even dusted, and the toilet and sink were clean, the toilet brush, I'm sorry to say, was very dirty. There is a hospital-like smell on the sheets. We asked for a duvet because the weather was cold, but they said there was no comforter. The air conditioner is not working well enough. In this sense, the deficiencies need to be eliminated and I think they will take it into consideration because they are service oriented. Some people commented that there were no cats, birds, flies, insects. It is inevitable for a business in a garden with a pool and in a natural environment, but it is never at a level that would cause discomfort. On the contrary, it got a good grade from me that they should share the leftovers of breakfast with pawed friends and keep a bowl of water. It is within walking distance of the market. We went by car, but it is also very close to the terminal.

We stayed for 1 night over the weekend. The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast in the morning was very good and sufficient. We were very pleased There was only one thing that really upset me, it didn't suit such a facility, I booked a room with a jacuzzi and a fireplace, I didn't say anything just because the fireplace difference was 400 TL more, it's a concept, after all, when I wanted the fireplace to be lit, they asked for an extra 150 TL burning fee, what the hell is this. If I had known, I would have booked a room with only a jacuzzi for 400 TL cheaper. They should indicate this as a fireplace burning fee when making the reservation.

La Bien is, in my opinion, a nice little hotel with a perfect location in Alaçatı. Walking distance (about 5 minutes) to the Bazaar, Market and the center with all the clubs, but still quiet. However, I would like to underline the extremely friendly, helpful and caring staff. This includes the hotel manager Mr. Ozan, the two ladies in the kitchen and the polite gentleman working the night shift. A real family atmosphere. We felt very comfortable here! Thank you very much for this.

We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and we were very pleased. We missed seeing a friendly business, contrary to the comments, our room was very clean and they came to clean it again on the 2nd day. Breakfast was nice. Mr. Ozan, the manager of the hotel, was very polite and caring. Thank you. The only thing that can be considered as a problem with the hotel is the greedy little kitties in the garden 😂💖 they are still very cute.
