Great spot to stay in Alacati it's just a few minutes walk from the historical center of the city. The staff is amazing and the rooms are comfortable. Food is very good (although we didn't have any main meals here). The best part of course is the full-size pool -- especially in the heat of the summer. You pay for what you get, but would definitely come back again.

We have been coming here for 4 years now. It gets better each year. Esp the service and hospitality this year was outstanding. Regarding the hotel, simply amazing, it has this Ibiza or Bali vibe. The interior design, the garden, the pool, everything done with attention and detail. Highly recommended, best hotel in the area.

Korkmaz is a great guy. To me he is the one, who makes the place look better. He is very helpful, friendly and organized. The guy at he reception is the biggest fail ever. He might be the hotel manager, I am not sure. He doesn't know how to treat guests, how to be polite, helpful and just friendly. I'm from Switzerland and know what a good hotel business contains. The place is beautiful but the staff except Korkmaz and some other very young waiters were doing their best. Unfortunately there were some inexperienced staff, which is not a big deal. But the guy at the reception is definitely doing the wrong job! My room smelled like smoke, since the previous guests smoked in the room.That's not their fault but there should be stronger rules regarding smoking in the rooms. I also appreciate their goodwill for letting us stay just for one night although they accept minimum two nights. But I can't give more stars based on that. We made a birthday organisation and the payment with the guy at the reception that's why we were so disappointed. If some staff members change, the place would be a much better place.
