Perfect service and rooms were cleaned everyday. The host checked when our (late) flight came and offered support. The breakfast is his mother's kitchen with the balcony. It doesn't get any more Italian than this. Location is perfect, walking distance from trains and buses and at the same time close to the centre. For the people leaving bad reviews for "the view was looking at the building nextdoor", "street is too small" "and breakfast was served in other people's kitchen" I would advise to pick another country and noone will bother you (preferably Scandinavian)

I do not think this place deserves 4+ stars overall. Few things to point out so you know what to expect: - The B&B is in an ugly residential building which is in a dodgy steet. The overall location suited my needs (close to the port and old town). - The room was very clean but the decor rather outdated and the view was ugly - back of the surrounding buildings. - Having breakfast on the terrace was the best part but not a reason to book this place. Also the access to the terrace is via the host's apartment, which felt a little awkward and also cannot be accessed at any other times apart from breakfast. - Breakfast was fine, some pastries, juice and coffee (which I thought was nice) and you are also offered a basic omelette with a slice of bread. It's not a self-service, the host brings this out. - The host - was not very pleasant to deal with. Her English is very limited and also any questions seem to be a hassle. The house rules will be pointed out in a "parent - child" like manner - all of which felt not pleasant and unwelcoming. - I asked if I could leave my luggage behind as my flight was not till later that evening. The request was accomodated but you need to come back at the agreed hour, so if you change your plans then there is no flexibility to collect it. All in all, I think 2-3* is about the right rating for this place and overal experiene. Also, it certainly is not worth the €100 per night price tag!

Mario is so nice and helped us with everything we needed. The room was cleaned everyday and we were provided towels, shampoo, etc. We were free to come and go from the B&B whenever we wanted. I don’t have a single complaint, thank you so much for our stay!

Of all the hotels in Italy where we stayed, this one was the best. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the Internet didn’t work while we were there. We weren’t impressed by Naples in general (dirty, crowded, no green spaces), but having a great hotel run by the nicest family we met in Italy really helped our overall Naples experience. The room had two balconies, a walk-in closet, and a huge bathroom. The location was also great because it was near everything we wanted to do. Our favorite part, though, was getting a home-cooked breakfast from Nonna each morning. If you have to go to Naples, this is the place to stay!

When we arrived, I was shocked at the filthy building. Moldy bathroom. Bed bugs! You walk in and the guest book is prominently staged making it clear you better play the game. My bath towel was slightly soured…not nice after a transcontinental flight. The roof top terrace is lovely. It is part of the owner’s apartment, and you can’t go up there other than at breakfast time. Coffee was terrible. I don’t usually review anything, but hope anyone considering staying here will steer clear of this place. By comparison to ALL of the other B&Bs in Europe we’ve stayed in over the years, this was clearly the worst!
