I had an extremely disappointing experience at La Casa Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were unbelievably unaccommodating. Despite our request for a room with a double bed, we were given a minuscule room that barely fit one person comfortably. Our ordeal didn't stop there. We decided to schedule multiple spa and massage appointments on the day of our departure, assuming that 6 hours would be sufficient for four people. However, the reality was a nightmare. One massage took an eternity to start, and as a result, the last two of us never had the chance to get our 30-minute massages. It's clear that the spa and massage services at this hotel are nothing but false advertising. They use regular hotel rooms as makeshift spa rooms for massages, and then they call in masseuses from outside who arrive late and provide unprofessional service. The front desk staff's behavior is utterly rude and aggressive when interacting with customers. When we called to cancel a massage appointment that the hotel was late for by 45 minutes, they rudely hung up on us without any explanation or confirmation. And let's not forget the laziness of the bellboys. We had to repeatedly ask them to move our suitcases, either to our room or from our room to the lobby. The checkout was supposed to be at 1 pm, but the bellboy didn't show up on time and had the audacity to complain about the quantity of our luggage when he finally did. The only silver lining in this dismal experience was the breakfast and the breakfast staff. The food was decent, and the staff efficiently handled orders and cleaned up promptly. However, this sole positive aspect hardly compensates for the overall horrendous experience at La Casa Hotel. Avoid this place at all costs! Picture of the rudest receptionist.

Hotel is good enough in the given price range. Hotel location is good. Though the Hanoi night market is little far and you need to do grab to reach the market. Rooms are not too big.

classic delux room with 2 bed is really small room for 2 people. We choose to stay here because of swimming pool and gym, but pool is small and gym room smell not good. Break first is quite good but same meal for everyday. I stayed 4 nights for business trip, but really not recommend for people with budget under 1,4million VND. With that budget, you can stay at new 3 star hotel around for new bigger room

Zero Star . Very Low category hotel. They need extra charge for each and every thing. Bad hospitality. For early check in I have to pay 40 USD only for 3 hr early check in. Rooms are too small. Breakfast is very low quality. Far from city center. And lady at reception is very thirsty for money .. She is so rude and want extra charge for every services. At the time of checkout she waste our 30mins for a missing towel , and after 30 mins she find that towel from her staff. Such a horrible service and Receptionist is very rediculous.
