I and my 84 year old handicapped mother almost killed ourselves TWICE in that terrible place! 1) arrived at 10pm, entered the reception/kitchen area, and got into 40C heat! There are 2 air conditioners there, none working. Noone in the office to ask for… Same awful heat in room! I turned on the cooling in my room to maximum and was only able to get asleep at 4am because the room could not cool down (poorly working air conditioning). Easy heart attack risk! :((( 2) in the morning while going down the staircase with my handicapped mother we both badly fell down on the stone steps — no rails in the last turning steps. We are both in pain… I should have called ambulance and have them pay for it! Management refused to cooperate and admit the problems, and when I asked to be reimbursed for the accident, they called police!!! I am putting them in front of the court! So instead paying me back €90 they will pay tens of thousands for health damage…

Hotel is closed. Don’t be scammed like I was. I booked a stay with them for one night through Hotels.com. When I arrived with my family the hotel was closed. I Contacted Hotels.com but they were unable to help citing that the hotel has a no refund policy. hotel.com sent an email asking for refund after waiting 6 days the got a response which they refused refund. This is a closed hotel. I was scammed out of my money. Don’t use

The location of the structure, in addition to being quiet, is perfect for those like me who have to reach the hospital (a convenience) having a post office, pizzeria and much more within walking distance... I thank Mrs. Mirella for always being available, attentive, above all a humble person.. We will happily return with my family.

I booked a triple room and a double room in this property. NOT a positive experience due to a malfunction of the air conditioning in the triple room and a slightly small shower (not suitable for a slightly larger person), even compared to that of the double room. So we notify the girl at the reception and after a few minutes she comes to personally check the air conditioning and says that she would have notified the owner, but obviously there is no trace of the owner. They solved it by bringing a simple half-broken fan. I recommend a little more maintenance on the air conditioners, also because the dirty filters light was on in both rooms. Sometimes very little is enough...
