I rented a room for a day a couple of days ago and was pleasantly surprised by the good attitude of the hotel owners towards the guests. the room is clean and spacious! although considered small, she was a pleasant maid. The owner of the hotel, a very sociable girl, explained everything in detail. I liked the city of Naples and I want to come back here again and definitely to this hotel. Thank you!

Lovely hotel with stunning rooms in a great location, in between the Spanish Quarter and the historical center where you will see many of Naples’ top sightseeing spots! The B&B owners are so sweet; they offered welcome drinks and a snack spread at arrival. They also took immense care to walk through things to do around the area and their recommended food spots. The rooms itself are artfully decorated and spotlessly maintained. Would highly recommend for anybody visiting Naples.

We only stayed one night in this little hidden gem, but would really recommend it. Communication with Ileana was great in organising transfers and Stefania looked after us when we got there, and before we left, giving us refreshments. She even let us try their homemade limoncello. The place is on the 4th floor of an apartment building, and you wouldn’t know it was there or how nice it is. Inside it’s finely decorated and the rooms are big. Thank you for being so lovely to us :)

ARRIVAL: The hotel is quite difficult to find in the 4th floor of a building to be reached with an old elevator. ROOM: The room was ok however very noisy as the hotel is actually an apartment with many rooms right next to the reception desk. You hear everything and everything that happens in the room will be heard outside. So basically no privacy and you might wake up in the mornings earlier than you would have liked. The room had a bad and washing basin in the room, a tiny bathroom with shower and toilet. The room was super clean, the A/C worked well. LOCATION: The location is good, everything can be reached easily. However, it’s based on a big street which you need to be aware of. CHECK IN: The check in was nice, we were offered some drinks and checks but the hotel lady doesn’t speak any English. We communicate via google translate which worked quite well but made it somehow inefficient. RESERVATION: We booked via booking.com but the reservation was canceled by the owner even though we already paid and obviously checked in. The booking.com mail states an issue with the credit card. After asking the hotel owner she just told us not to worry about. We have other upcoming bookings with the platform so it makes us feel very uncomfortable. OVERALL: we would not stay there again also because it’s quite expensive: we paid approx 200€ per night.

After spending 3 weeks travelling around Italy, going to both big cities and smaller towns and islands and staying in hotels, apartments and B&B’s, I can certainly say that this hotel was by far the best we ever stayed at. Upon arrival at reception, we were greeted we compliments snacks and refreshments. All staff are friending, welcoming and professional and catered to our every need. They helped move our luggage to our room and even gave us suggestions for restaurants and things to do in Naples which was very helpful and generous as it was our first time visiting Naples. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious with all the necessities such as a fully stocked fridge, free wifi and Netflix, tea and coffee. There was air conditioning which was so great and the bed made me never want to leave the room. Each day everything was restocked and cleaned to immaculate standards. If you are visiting Naples no matter how long, who with, or what for, this is the hotel you should be staying at. I couldn’t ask for anything better.
